I have ended up not buying a camper van, not because of the service but because I have gone with another option. Regardless PWA have been nothing but amazing! They really listen to potential customers and look to find the right van for you. Their staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative (updating me with potential vans that met my requirements). They manage the line between being supportive and pushy very very well (where some other companies do not) As a company they also have an extensive range of vans and even if the van doesnt quite fit exactly what you want, they will do everything in their power to add features where they can, to give you the perfect van! I can’r recommend this company enough! My experience was not like this with some other companies.

We recently picked up a Kombi from Platinum Wave for our recovery business and it’s already changed how we work day to day.

We were using a Range Rover Evoque for personal use & business before, but as we grew it just wasn’t practical anymore. Luckily, Platinum Wave were able to part exchange this against the kombi, making the switch much easier for us.

The Kombi gives us space for the team and the equipment we carry, and it just makes more sense for the work we’re doing now.

Really straightforward process, instant finance quote with sameday approval and a great business to work with.

In September 2025 we made a decision to purchase a VW Camper. Following a few viewings of what was out there we saw a beautiful T6 advertised with Platinum Wave.
Will one of the sales people sent us a brilliant and comprehensive video walk around of the T6 Camper that had a Platinum Wave conversion with everything and more onboard including a Diesel Heater, fridge/freezer double hob, sink with electric powered tap, microwave and lots of storage. The pop up roof and solar panel system are all top spec.
Despite being a 2017 van it is in excellent condition with everything working as it should, giving a new vehicle feel. The conversion being new was the icing on the cake.
Rory helped us with a minor after sales warranty issue which was resolved and reassured us.
We have been away to France on a month tour. We found our Camper to be extremely practical and easy to use, especially the roof function. The bed provided the most comfortable and best sleep imaginable. The swivel double front seat was easy to swing around and use as a very practical seat when the bed is down and gives masses of space giving the conversation a much bigger interior feel than anything we’ve ever had before.
Platinum Wave gets 100% from us. We are so impressed we sold both of our cars and use our T6 on a daily basis. A joy to drive and park as it’s the same footprint as a large estate car. The auto gearbox is fantastic with 7 speed, selectable semi-automatic mode and automatic selectable free rolling cruise ( that saves fuel) parking sensors all around too.
A fantastic vehicle, beautiful colour scheme inside and out. Absolutely stunning, love it!
